New World Number Two Dinara Safina

Dinara Safina has gained the number two spot after beating Svetlana Kuznetsova in the quarterfinal match in Kremlin Cup. She has now surpassed Serena Williams in the WTA rankings. Dinara will be officially number two on Monday, October 13, 2008.
